It looks like it's about as hot as it can get!

I've been going much slower, just collecting new parts one at a time. But it's about to get real fun:

Tomorrow morning our Camaro Club takes off on our season opening Spring Cruise, north of the metro area through some great roads. We're gonna stop for lunch at a big park where our new club t-shirt will finally be unveiled. And get this - my Camaro was chosen to rep the 5th Gen on our new t-shirt!

Then on Monday I'm gonna hand my little demon off to an old friend who runs a great shop here in town. I've finally ordered and received all the parts I've been dreaming of. Now I can pass it to my buddy Dave to make it all come true for me!

It's gonna take a good couple weeks to get it all done. But my Camaro will be one sick GT machine when he gets done. Picking out new half-shafts and exhaust took me longer than I thought it would, but now it's time to RRRRRrrrrrumbLE!!

Here's a pic of our club's 2011 t-shirt mural. I didn't get the shirt completely flat before I snapped the shot, so there's a little fold on the right side. My little demon's the one on the bottom! We just had our Spring Cruise today and it was awesome.

brother whats up with some pictures of all your mods, you're killing me here ........ i just upgraded my suspension with the Hotchkis track pack ! its sooooo freaking sweet, corners like no other

because there are some parts of the 2012s that are not finalized/priced yet... also, the 2012 models are not yet in production, whereas this group's cars were.

give it time... it will show up as we get closer to start of production for the 2012 model year

Hey Leo!

I've been hip-deep in it the last few weeks. All my performance mods are done, and they've made a tremendous difference.

Trouble is, even before the mods, for some reason I'm burning up diff lube like crazy, and I seem to have already cooked a wheel bearing on my right rear.

Right now we're guessing that I must've cooked the diff clutches. Can't think of any other reason why my diff would be oozing black stuff. And I have no idea how this bearing got whipped so quick.

It's all under warantee so it'll get fixed, but right now it's not really going anywhere. I'm scheduled to show it at the All Chevy show in Stillwater this weekend, and I was gonna drive it to the Grand Am race at Road America right after. But right now I'm stuck just trying to get her healthy.

I'll post some pics as soon as I can get her out and put some real miles on her.

And...DANG your ride looks SWEET! I bet that track pack made all the difference in the world! Now you can really take advantage of that sweet, sweet chassis.

And HELL YES it made a huge difference !!! no more wheel hop when I floor it and on turns OMG lets just say I am fearless of taking them at near triple digits
