Check out JBA's system before you make up your mind. I had Flowmaster AT's on a previous car, and the JBA's are WAY better.

Nope. Stock internals, JBA comp exhaust (LT's, xpipe, mufflers). The car has a vortec on it, but that isn't going to change the tone.

I have the axle back on my car with LT's and it sounds just like it.

My guess is he is only interested in hearing clips for cat/axle back systems.

Your car sounds badass, unfortunately my car won't sound that good because I'm keeping stock exhaust manifolds on until warranty is up... :(

Yeah for now just want a nice loud aggressive cat back system, but again that's just for now. In the near future I'll be interested in HFCs and headers. But I really dig that JBA system.... might have converted me.

I just installed Kooks LTH with High Flow Cats and the Borla ATAK Cat Back over the weekend. It sounds like it wants to eat children. I would go with the ATAK if I were you. I do not have any drone issues with it either.

The only real difference between the LT's and the factory headers is volume. It was still mean, now it is "Hide your Children MEAN"

There's a seller on eBay who is selling the AT for like 650 or so. Not too shabby.

I personally am really leaning toward the Outlaw axle-back. Pretty inexpensive and has a loud and agressive tone- exactly what I'm looking for.

FlowMaster AT catback ... That video was not at WOT, just normal driving. Under WOT it gets much louder ...

Sorry, it's a LS3 but the L99 should sound about the same if you let up before shifting ...
