The one thing I'm loving about this build is, it doesn't sound obnoxious going down the road. It has a nice sound of a good cam and exhaust. I can't wait to see the NRE break in video, that's going to be some fun footage to watch.

So what's next a little more tuning and you get it back?? Are they going to put it on the track to see what it does or are they leaving that in your hands???
Thanks Andrew!!
Will probably end up quieting it down some to make it a little more stealthy. I will do all of the track runs/suspension tuning here in Florida - that's the fun part !

Well, it's a little rumbly now, but a tad quieter with the 345's on should help some. I just wish we could make the factory wheel lighter.

The goal is still to walk softly and carry a good size stick. The fun part is driving 50 or 100 miles to a track, pulling right into the staging lanes and running single digits. Then drive home and still get 20+ mpg.

Bruce,

Texas is on the way to Florida. If we do it the work here at my Fredericksburg Dealer I'll personally supervise the installation and alignment to make it as close to perfect as humanly possible. With three of us in the shop we can have it done in a long day. You'll love the wineries within a 30 minute radius. Some of our vines in Texas date back to when the Spanish were here making for some very good reds. What a coincidence. Texas RED and Pedders RED.

I'll make a day of driving over there and chauffeuring B and his lovely wife around to the wineries. Having lived in the area for twenty years, I'm familiar with many of them...

Edit, and, I promise no stomach flips this time...

I didn't know you were a native in this area. Very cool. In the fall I want to setup s small group from SA to come out and hit the wineries and then dinner at August E's.

Pros - best setup for extreme drag racing. Cons - VERY$$$$ and you have to cut the whole back half of the camaro out to do this as I have seen this done first hand and its ALOT of work. Not worth it until you are ready to gut it, tub it and never drive on the street again.

Stick with IRS and upgrade every bushing, every suspension part and all drivetrain components and it is capable of everything you can give it. The 4 link for only occasional track time is not what you will want as this is a very complicated and destructive process to build.
