My 5'8" 250lbs friend fits in back just fine.. Never complained.. Though if he did he could just go take a bus

I sold a late model Z06 Corvette for my 2SS/RS Camaro --mainly because now I can take the kids with me in the back seat when I go somewhere. Not to mention it's a beautiful car and i've got a killer bumper to bumper warranty.

COuldn't agree more. Although I have to admit I'm tempted by a ZR-1, but if they ever build this as production model...

I'll have 2 "transformers" in the blink of an eye

Only reason I didn't buy a vette is because I wanted back seats and a trunk.

If I wanted to be totally irresponsible, I'd buy a used Z06.

The Camaro is not a poor man's Corvette per say, because they are two different animals! However, many would buy a Camaro as an alternative because of the price of the Vette! The Camaro is a sporty car the Vette is a sports car!

I would call the camaro a sports car, and the vette a supercar, at least the ZR1 at over a 100K

By definition sports car=2 seats (Vette, Miata, Solstice/Sky, etc.)
Camaro is a sports coupe
As far as poor man's Vette, I've always hated that. Some people just like the extra practicality of a back seat. A poor man's Vette is a used Vette that can be bought for less than a new Camaro.

My friend once told me he considered the Corvette a sports car and the V8 Camaro a muscle car. I have to agree with him.

When I hear a comment like "This car is a poor mans version for that car", or "This car is far superior than that car" the person making the comment doesn't own either and are usually driving their moms Honda minivan to their minimum wage part time job..... or possibly a Motor Trend magazine writer........just a thought. The rest are pricks. Just ignore the morons and buy what YOU like because YOU are the one driving it. And yes the Camaro is a muscle car and muscle cars rule! I have never been a fan of Vette but that's just me. Nothing wrong with one but I like the Camaro better.
