18lb/ft only!

If you have a leak, you'll get a CEL.

Yeah. It's 18 ft/lbs. Brain fart.

It's good to know someone is paying attention! LOL

That would be the easy way and the only way I do it since there's no need to worry about leaks or messing with the gasket maker. The problem is that you can only do that with mace insulator since they already provide longer bolts but with vmax you will have to find your own longer bolts which shouldnt be hard. Maybe pep boys?

I took the car out for a spin afterwards and instantly felt the difference. This is well worth the money.
Thanks for the constructive feedback ufc Rain, hail or shine, stone cold to a searing hot engine, you’ll know that this mod is working no if or buts about that

It’s not the end of the world if this were to happen as the silicone would burn up. As long as you’re not pumping your engine with silicone on a consistant basis it will be fine

Agreed, I’ve been guilty of this as I’ve wanted to test out products ASAP LOL

You could, however another option would be to apply this on the surface of the insulators http://www.vhtpaint.com/products/coppergasketcement/ It does work well, however you have to apply multiple coats, otherwise you may run the risk of a vac leak. In saying this though, the best way to avoid any vac leaks is to use silicone/RTV

Please bear in mind that our kits come with the RTV needed for the job out of the box

I think Jay's been trying to get on the Dyno to see if there are performance gains out of the plenum spacer. He might be delayed to next week.

extra volume of plenum space should help with stagnant or dead spots providing an even distribution and more air to all six runners. this should be a nice addition to any insulators
