No one wants to be in Texas in August... quite sure that was one of the reasons for Aug this year and having it North.

No way of knowing since III hasn't even taken place yet. But I Guarantee it benefits everyone when a time and location can be nailed down early. The mods here lose a lot of hair and do their absolute best to get this part nailed down.

This year was announced very early and the kid factor was one reason for August and it was up North. Anything down South cannot be in the Summer... it's just way too hot. I almost died today playing golf down here. Cars don't like that either.

We all joke around and give them a hard time, which is what most of this thread is really about at this early stage, but I wouldn't wish this job on anyone. Hopefully they get a chance to enjoy Fest III before having to deal with IV right away. This year is going to be HUGE...

Texas, in particular Houston/Austin/San Antonio, would need to be in either April/early May or late Sept/October.

Dallas has a bit of a later spring due to having less humidity.....mid to late May could work.

Once again... C5Fest IV location or date has not even begun to be chosen...

Who knows, it may be right in your backyard and coincide w/ your vacation days so you can go.

There's no way because I remember someone saying for C5 Fest 2 they tried Vegas but our event was big enough. No way one state is bigger then the entire community at C5
