And yes the D/A was over +3000! So a 12 second run should be no problem at all in better weather.

We had a few people that would hear the exhaust and chuckle "haha its a v6" then it would launch hard and they were like "WTF???????"

In order to run that fast with it running that rich, you had to be running at least 7 psi of boost and most likely 8-9 psi. You may want to chech your gauge so you know for sure how much boost you are ACTUALLY running.

I am not trying to diminish your accomplishment because this is a great time. It is unlikely that it was achieved at 3 psi and 10:1 AFR.
Being lazy here by not going back to my old runs, but I would have to say it is possible. I ran about 260 at the wheels before I put the first turbos on my car. On just 3# springs I think it was around 320 RWHP. That was with a pretty lousy tune. As we upped the boost we where adding about 40 RWHP per 3# (we stopped at 6 psi because of the tune and we ran out of time). Conclusion...these cars have incredible VE and it doesn't seem to get more efficient as you add boost (up to a point of course). Now I know this is not a good comparison because:

1) Turbo vs centri SC, broader power band for me
2) We could be flowing very different CFM
3) Temps are very different.

But, we trapped about 106 with both Tracy and I (plus logging equipment) on an unprepped track just running 3# spring pressure. Seems like DRs and only one person in the car could trap 109. Might be a hero run, but it isn't out of the question. He's certainly not running 6+ psi. However, 4-5 psi would probably be more likely than 3.

Def not a hero run. I ran twice 13.3's spinning hard out of the box and he ran a 13.14 spinning and a 13.12 not spinning on the final run of the night when boost was reading weird and we were out of fuel haha. So fairly consistent. I hope to be better prepped next time with the go-pro and outside video also.

Soon very soon....................

My installer told me at the beginning of this install to avoid letting my tank go below 1/4 tank.

I am reading what you are writing however to pick up 10 mph in a 1/4 mile you need at least 100 more hp. With a vortech supercharger, if he was making 3 psi of boost, that is only 3 psi of boost at REDLINE which is only about 60 more hp at redline only. Sorry, 3 psi is not possible. It has to be 6 psi to run this mph and time or there was some other power adder if it was truly 3 psi of boost.

I am not trying to take anything away from this great 1/4 mile run, bit something doesn't equate. Sorry its not possible at 3 psi running 10:1 AFR.

Don't forget the much larger parasitic drag on the SC... And yeah, your power band is going to be a LOT larger then a centrifugal SC...
