Hmm, I didn't shop for quote on the install, but that seems around the right ballpark. The headers weren't hard, my friend has a lift and he's pretty skilled mechanic so it made the install easy. The drivers side everything was easy to get to, passenger side not so much. I would imagine long tube would be a hard job to do with out a lift.

The tune from LMR cost me $550, and the car runs excellent. The headers dont have a place for downsteam O2 sensors, so there was a check engine light that had to be taken care of with the tune. The car picked up 20hp from the tune alone, as well as no more skip-shift

I am really debating going ahead and buying the Corsa sports on Ebay.

http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=...aust&_osacat=0

Is there a reason for all the different set ups? I know everyone says sound will not be what I want, but for now I am going to start with doing the cat back and then in the next few months ago ahead and get headers and tune. Anyone have an opinion on American Racing headers?

I don't have an opinion on ARH, but I can tell you that I love my Stainless Works!

Is the K&N CAI a good upgrade? I have the chance to pick up a free CAI set up. Opinions needed

From what I've read/seen/heard on here, K&N is on the lower end of the scale.

Can someone tell me what AFM is?? I've been negotiating with my dealership to trade in my V6 for the 2013 2SS and i'll be doing all the sweet upgrades. I wasn't even aware that this will be something i'll have to stress about

I am not 100% being that I just purchased my Camaro a few days ago, but I believe AFM is when the engine switches to 4 cylinder mode

AFM is Active Fuel Management. it allows the auto to turn off half of the cylinders when cruising to improve MPG's. It affects the sound of the exhaust when it goes in this mode. Be a man, buy a manual.

Both American Racing Headers and Stainless Works are both top notch. You can't go wrong with either one.

Just installed ARH LT this past weekend, already had Flowmaster 3" cat-back, it sounds AWESOME!!!!! Should have done LT MUCH sooner! Have not gotten it tuned yet,but no CEL so far. Butt dyno says ALOT more power! Header install was one of the easiest header installs that I have EVER done.
