It's not rust specs as I've seen on my other white vehicles from the brakes which come off easily with wax it's larger and appears to be in the paint under the clear coat.
I took a pic that shows it but I'm not sure how to attach it to my message.

What he said. Looks like you got some rail dust on the car and it needs to be clay barred and then a good polish. Get to a detail shop and let them correct the issue.

Wouldn't rail dust be there when you take delivery?? Mine wasn't. there were no signs of anything on mine!! As I drove around Detroit I noticed it! Then when I got home, 1,650 miles later, I washed the car. All the other spots came off, but the spots on the plastic bumper, and the back of the mirror didn't come off. They just faded. Even with bug and tar remover they just faded. I'm gonna try a clay bar when temp cools here. Been around 105 for the last week here, and I hear you shouldn't clay when your car is hot. Even in the garage it's hot.

That looks like the stuff people use to make thier tires shiney. Mine had those when I used too much of the stuff. Try using Klasse AIO to get rid of it (DONT USE KLASSE AIO IF YOU HAVE OTHER TYPES OF WAX ON BECAUSE IT WILL TAKE IT OFF!).

Has anyone else been seeing this.
I will be taking it to my dealer next week to see what is going on with the paint.
This is a bit concerning I don't have a clue where this coming from and it's getting worse by the week.
Anyone else with this issue?
Please let us know if the dealership was able to diagnose the issue with the paint.

Yes please post here as well! My dealer just told me to clay bar it!! I'm not too comfortable with it, but now that the temp has gone down here, I'm going to try it tonight when I clean the car up!

I had similar spots on my car after I had gone past where construction was going on on a local raod. They were cutting the concrete with a big circular water cooled saw. I think it was some of the concrete dust/water solution spray that hit my car.

Same size drops as in the picture in roughly the same place. Clay bar took it off easily.

There are two similar spots on the car that are under the clear coat but not large enough for me to worry about it.
I have the car at a detail shop he used a couple of products on it and the new marks are coming off I guess I never used the right product. Anyways its good news and indeed it appears it was the tire dressing that did it he will be a while doing the whole car and it worked out well because now I can have them tint the windows while he has it for a couple of days.

I have a summit white also
And i get those spots also ...i am assuming its the tires picking up oil from the road
On the hot days.
I use gojo soap liquid and rub very carefully and then wash it off and re polish.
It works.i am planning on installing clear bra on doors ,fenders ,quarters.

I had a similar problem with a 1996 White Chevy dually that I bought new.
I went around and around with the dealer and the final diagnosis was rail dust. I guess it gets on the steel before it's painted and then works it's way out over time. We clay barred it several times and it was just okay.
I only had the truck for 4 years but it still had a few spots when I sold it.

Good luck! but it will probably never be a show car. Even if you repaint it without stripping it all the way down to bare metal.
