I am in New York and there is always traffic around here but I still went with a manual because a sports car is only fun if it's a manual tranny. There is a way to drive in traffic. I usually keep good distance in traffic so that I can just keep it moving in 2nd or 3rd gear. Also, depending on your driving habits manual tranny will most likely last you longer than automatic.
Off-topic note: Another benefit of having a manual is that most ladies will dig your ride but they won't drive it and crash it. If she can drive manual then she probably knows how to drive good? My friend had an auto G35 and this chick crashed it pretty bad. Now if it was a manual she would have never asked for the test drive. |

Manual, more fun IMO. But then again I'd prefer a stick shift in almost all cars.

If it were my DD, I'd go auto. If it were a weekend/fun car I'd go manual.

Just test drive both and you shall find out for yourself.
I drive my ls3 as a DD and shifting is not a problem only when your expecting to go into 2nd gear and wants you to shift into 4th, skip ship eleminator should sole that problem though |

Manual, It's like riding a bicycle. Once you've learned it, you'll never forget. Or regret!

...... bbbbut when you go and drive the auto try the paddle shifters and "M" mode [sport auto mode] Don't just stick in "D" [regular drive] and end there...
