I'm here on Camaro5 from time to time. So many sites to check, but so little time to post these days. While my regular 9-5 job has remained steady, my custom cam business has grown to around 2 per day and now I'm tuning around 4 cars a week. What started off as a hobby has grown into a legitimate business. I'm amazed how many big shops take so many shortcuts when tuning. This past week, every single car and truck I tuned was because some big name shops did horrible jobs on the original calibrations. Now they're perfect and most importantly, the customers are very happy.

Thanks Patrick. You did a great job on my tune.

yeah i cant wait to get my car complete and get it tuned.. been a long wait as we are waiting on a couple more parts. Patrick will tune mine when its complete . i have seen him tune a couple cars and he really takes his time on them and gets them right.. i wont mention no names but i had my whipple installed and tuned at another shop and it was out of tuneing in 20 mins. and it ran good but im not confident it was dialed in correctly..

Different reasons.

It's a larger community, with much more technical discussion. Vendors/builders/tuners generally don't have forever to sit around trolling forums because they're vending/building/tuning, so they often choose to focus their online time on a platform that allows them to reach the largest potential customer base.

There are less positive reasons as well, which I'm not going to go into.

This thread is over a year old and he's not on here much. 510 Race Engineering a sponsor on this site uses him as their tuner. Check in with them.
