for what its worth.. when i had my 03 350z..... ran 13.5-13.7 stock.... with bolt-on..
ran somewhere around 13.3.....so given the right driver... a stock 03-06 z will eat and stock 2010/11 v6 camaro all day everyday.

We toasted every single non HR Z we ran with my teams BOLT ON 2002 maxima. They are mid 14s cars!

its been about 5-8 years ago... u keep time slip that long?... i dont understand why people think Camaros are the shit... dont get me wrong.. i love my Camaro...and a 350z wouldnt even stand a chance against mine. one thing i cant stand is Fanboys....i love cars for what they are and what they are capable of.... not by manufacture or what engine it has in it. when i see a nice car.. i see a nice car. as for a z being a mid 14 sec car... yea... for your avg Joe driving.... give a 03-05 350z to a experienced driver and Camaro to the same driver.....the Z will out performe.. Drag/autox or road-course. believe it or not.. i really dont care. i got better things to do then argue with a high school child. And if u really got what it takes.... Sign up and become a member of NASA and meet me at the next NE reigonal track day... i'll show u in person what a 350z can do to a v6 camaro.. stock for stock.

Haha you call me a high school child when I didnt even resort to insults? YOU are the high school child in this situation buddy.

I know 10x as much as you about the VQ35 we had our VQ35 Maxima running mid 11s ALL DAY. My team was out there in L.I. plenty, we know what can and cant be beat. I had a damn maxima as well I know the engine well. The Zs can be made fast but they rarely ever see better than mid to low 14s.

Id even go as far to say that these new V6 camaros will be a better platform in a few more years. Just wait until more manual cars hit the strip this fall like myself and put up nice numbers.

Congratulations, you owned a Maxima not a 350Z, which means you know absolutely nothing about the HR 350Z you've been talking about. The 350Z HR is a completely different engine than what your Maxima had (80% completely new engine from DE, twin intakes, etc.).

Why do people feel a compulsion to spread nonsense about what they know nothing about? I own a 350Z, I think I know a little bit more about the Z and its potential than you do. I have driven the V6 Camaro a number of times and it is a slug, plain and simple, with obvious deadspots in the gas pedal.

What is the fastest stock time for a 2010-2011 V6 Camaro?
