Sorry. I meant white smoke. There are no other leaks in the system. I had it checked and it is the intercooler. So I will be removing it just after the new year and having it fixed. THIS BLOWS!!!

Hey guys, here's an update. I removed the O-rings that are located at the inlet and outlet for the intercooler fluid. I had to actually re-install the ones i took out becuase i needed the car and I had not received the new ones. Yet, low and behold, after 600 miles i have no fluid loss, no smoke out of the exhaust or rough starts... Go figure.... I'm still keeping my eye on it and I will be installing the new O-rings soon. Just as an FYI, the O-rings I took out were flat and squared but the ones I received from Magnacharger were standard rounded ones just like from an auto part store...

Thanks!

You got lucky!!!! Mine froze and caused a HUGE leak. hydro-lock and all. so after a rebuild (plus forged pistons, thincker rings, and LS9 head gaskets), im back on the road with 12 psi of boost.
