It's no fun if your exhaust header merge collector hit a speed bump.

Yep, and also great if your wife/GF is well endowed in the upper region ;o)

No 1000 hp car joy rides needed with these...

I just went through this in my cammed LS3 this passed summer. I broke the driver side mount, the fluid squirted out everywhere like the one the OP posted and I could feel things moving around on really hard launches, the car just didnt feel connected, it had an elastic feel to it..

Anyways after weeks-month of research I decided on getting ZL1 mounts. They're a huge upgrade compared to the stock SS mount and they dont have any additional NVH.

Every single person whose gone to solid or these semi solid/poly mounts will tell you the added NVH is real. It does settle down some after the poly breaks in/"loosens up" a little bit but it will always still be more harsh than any rubber mount.

I look at it this way. If you are not making 1000+ rwhp and the car is a daily driver/cruiser more than a racer than ZL1 or Z28 mounts are more than adequate and a huge upgrade for us lowly SS folk.

If you're looking for bling factor or just want the absolute best most locked down/aggressive feeling setup a solid of semi solid mount for your race car or NVH doesnt bug you get these.

My 0.02..
