I don't know...I hear rumors though. Apparently Tom is some guy who runs around Phoenix in an Orange Camaro SS with a blue hockey stick stripes. Steve Dallas is a character in an old comic strip called Bloom County by Berke Breathed. It remains, in my opinion, the best comic strip to have ever been written, though Doonesbury and a couple of others are close.
