When there is a car thats 6k cheaper and runs a faster lap around a track your gonna HATE i could care less i bought my 1LE for the looks and options you can add = WINNING! good enough for me

Well if the 1LE is 3 seconds quicker a lap and the mustang is about 85 seconds, the camaro would have to make up 85 seconds. 3 seconds a lap so 85/3 = ~28 laps to overlap the mustang.

That is a lot of laps and with brakes and tires playing a factor it would make for an interesting comparison.

I bet the mustang's brakes and tires would degrade quicker... I think the 1le would gain more than 3 seconds a lap over time... could get it done in about 20 laps I would guess.

Thanks. That's around the same amount of laps the ZR1 would need to lap the new Viper at Laguna Seca.
