Kooks LT Headers/Exhaust Question...
A month ago, I bought a used '10 2SS from Hendricks in NC with 12k miles and Kooks LT headers, and cat back exhaust system already installed.....great deal considering everything is covered under the 100k warranty.....anyways, the CEL came on after a day, so took it to the dealership a few times and they finally agreed to have Hendrick Motorsports write a new program for the car and they are planning to flash it on Monday....
With all that being said, will I still need a tune after they flash it? Or will they just do the minimum to get the CEL off??? According to the service guy, this will fix my car running rich and all that jazz....Anyone had a similar situation? |

I would really like to know how this works out for you. I am a big Gordon fan. That would be too cool getting to take your car to Hendrick Motorsports for a tune. Wow, I think I may be just a bit jealous.

Lets hope that same dealership is still open when you need warranty work done lol...

my car was shipped to me from Hendricks Motorsports.....in N car..the main one......they were the only one with my color combo left for 1000 miles....
