I like to find a 2014/15 Z/28 less motor and trans, looking to do a full track car with the SB4 for the motor and a DCT 9070 for a trans, think with a 8500RPM red line, power in a N.A. 750 hp that will allow use to see the full ability of the Z/28

Now that would be a sweet build - but would need a lot of carbon panels to do it justice! Full cage, seam weld chassis, remove all weight, 1 seat, cool suit, radios and wa la - one bad @$$ race car!

You may want to spend some time in a Gen 1 Viper BEFORE you buy it. I owned a '95 years back and it was FREAKING AWFUL!!! Horrible car all around. Just horrible. Matter of fact, it was the worst car I have ever driven. Half way home after buying it, I knew I screwed up.

You had yours about 2 weeks less than I did. Six weeks and I traded mine on a new ( at the time) Z06.

If money wasn't an issue I'd take a 6th gen have the body cut off and a '67 Penske Sunoco clone body put on it. I love hte look of older Camaros but they aren't comfortable for me, and they drive like garbage. So I would have best of both worlds.
If I just wanted to go out and buy one, it would be the new ZL1 in that crazy green. I like the power comfort, and the looks are just on point.

If I buy another Camaro:
First option would to buy Zslash28's 2014 AGM No AC (Identical twin to my 2015). Second option find a perfect all original 1969 Cross Ram Z28. Third option COPO 427 NA. Fourth option buy a CRC and build the rest to run deep in the 8's or high 7's. |
