First Scratch... Need advice - Page 2 - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I was backing out of my garage the other day and one of our bikes fell on the bumper, left a similar scrath along with plenty of large, shallower scratches. I took it to the dealer and they buffed out the shallow scratches and painted the deep ones. I cant even find where the scratches were anymore unless i look reallyyy hard. But yeah, the first scratch is always the worst.

Its called battle scars my friends. Get used to them as its going to happen unfortunately. Go to a local gm and get a bottle of touch up paint. Dont be cheap and get it at a crappy tire or pep boys get the real deal.

Mine is goin' into the shop next week ... she got a paint chip knocked out of her roof the other day goin' down the highway... knocked the paint off, all the way to the metal...no dent tho! Whew!

That's a serious nick, would like to see how the fix turns out.
