What, were you expecting a 2-loss OSU to get in over a 1-loss Bama, like everybody north of Kentucky and east of Pennsylvania was?

OSU's loss against Iowa was indefensible for a playoff team.

Is that even a thing? I’m so tired of seeing bowl counting. If your team doesn’t make the playoffs or just plain sucks, they start counting how many bowl games the conference wins? Like I give a damn if Auburn wins the Dyson Vacuum cleaner dog shit bowl or whatever 2nd rate team they might be playing.

SEC has two teams in the playoffs. That’s conference strength! That beats 7 bowl wins all day long. Ya think I’m gonna be bragging about that if ‘Bama doesn’t walk away with it all? Nyooooop.

Having said that. Good job Big Ten. I did enjoy the games.

It shows your conference isn’t a joke like the PAC-12. Michigan can make the Big Ten 8-0 this year in bowl games. Yes, it’s not a National Championship, but it’s better than going 0-8. I’m still allowed my comments and observations in this thread. It’s still college football.

Now for the big games, Alabama over Clemson and Oklahoma over Georgia to be followed by Alabama over Oklahoma.
