Thankful this hasn't happened to me.

I have had Burger King tell me to turn my car off when I try to order in the drive thru though. Strange that they are the only ones that cannot hear above my car.

I was probably 20... pulled over on the way to Galveston in my Nova on I-45 and Hughes Rd for speeding... my last name just happens to be Hughes.

The LEO laughed his ass off, drove off with a warning.

in my 78 trans am (not exactly pulled over) a cop showed up on a dirt road and the girlfriend and i were.... well doing something that had to do with a song about doing it in the "middle of the road" ahhh memories!!!

Not exactly "pulled over" but back when I was in Patrol, I had a woman frantically flag me over while I was in a fully marked car on the interstate. I pulled over and she did the same. She was near tears because she couldn't find a university and she had a audition for a music scholarship in less than an hour.

She then showed me her map and said she couldn't find any of the streets. I looked at her map and instantly saw the problem. The map was not of my city, but another city a bit over an hour's drive away. It turns out the school was also in that city. She drove from out of state, but the names of the cities are not remotely the same and they aren't on the same interstate highway. Neither I nor she could figure out how she got here.

I'm reasonably sure she missed her audition, but I always hoped she was able to reschedule it and that she got her scholarship.

Did you get a ticket or just a warning?

I was pulled over in my driveway when I had my Firebird, granted it was 2 AM and my temp plate was in the back window where you couldn't see it. I should have just pulled in the garage and shut it. Oh well didn't get a ticket cause as soon as the officer came up he saw the tag in the window.

Not in my Camaro, but another car I got pulled over for speeding. I was going 15 or 20 mph. Not 15 or 20 over the speed limit, but 15 to 20 MPH. I was driving over the Hoover Dam at 6:00 am. I think the speed limit over the dam was 5mph. And I was with two other people in two other cars. We all got pulled over. No ticket, just a warning.

We were on a road trip from San Jose to Tennessee and back and hit speeds of well over 100mph for long stretches if highway. Never saw a cop other than the Hoover Dam.
