What is a "trim" shop? Bullshit that they are a GM dealership and are outsourcing it to a non-GM facility. If they only look in their system, the repairs needed are clearly specified. I shake my head. Make sure that the shop has indeed worked on this issue before, including replacing the water management bag.

Not all of the Chevy dealerships are familiar with doing these tops, believe it or not......when I had my '12, I had to have it replaced under warranty and they farmed it out to a shop that had experience and did a fantastic job. Of course, about a month later I traded that one in for my Green Flash.

Actually it was my idea. Cause i live about 2.5hrs from the dealer. It was better to find a local trim guy

Yes there doing the bag and the bow upholstery shop /trim shop. Id trust them over the boys at the dealer anyday. Plus im 2.5hr from the dealer but i gave trim shop all the service bullets

Everythings been fixed no cost to me new 5th bow ect and bag upgraded
