Hade some time to play with them and the black one I wanted down and made it look polished black almost like the original and it looks good. Then I wanted to give it a brushed look and took a wire brush to it and tested the back first and amazingly it improves the lines in it and takes off the scrap. So i decided to at least clean the other one up that I got for my brother and it came out amazing. I think I would have done this to both. Just wanted to give some advise to everyone on what I thought worked pretty well for me

If you want it to be flawless.. apply heat really quick with a lighter and you'll achieve a high gloss factory look after you lightly sand it. I stress the really quick with the heat. I didn't do anything to mine when I got it from Pat. I just hit it with a quick heat from a lighter and took out all the scuffs from detab that had to be done after the part was printed. The heat works and brings back the gloss due to the type of plastic used in the printer. Basically a flash of heat treatment.

Guys I am fully sold out of these now. I wasn't planning on making any more!

I would need interest from another 20 or so people at least to make it worthwhile doing a third big batch as it really doesn't sense for us to do them one-by-one...Post up if you still want one and in a couple of weeks maybe there'll be enough to do one final batch.

Understandable. I’m still very interested and I hope more people will be so that there could be another batch made. Very cool piece!
