Love your choice of color Steve. I’m crying about that poor Corvette.

I'm just glad it protected me during the wreck so I was able to spend Christmas with my niece and nephew.

I remember one of your Corvettes. I’m surprised you didn’t replace it with a SS Camaro.

2003 MINI Cooper S, bought it new, drove it 150,000miles, sold it last year. Here's a picture from the sale ad:

I'd wanted one of those for years...who knows, may still get one for a larger car someday.

As a LEO we were so thrilled when we got our new 94 Caprice cruisers. The civilian Impala SS is a take off of the 9C1 Caprice. I have had so many of them over the years. I tore this one down to the frame and built it the way I wanted her. The engine is on her 3rd transformation, from the factory was the stock LT1, the I had the engine built just for turbo application, OMG what a difference. Retiring from LE and moving to the south I thought it wise to put the engine back to a reasonable HP before I ended up on a chain gang! RPM Motorsports built my currant LT1 naturally aspirated engine. She is putting out just over 400HP, backed by the T56 6 speed and 373 gears. Only one person has ever sit in the back seat. She now has 9,232 miles on the clock. She is an eye catcher.

Strictly speaking, the car I was driving right before this one was a 2012 2LS. However, since I only had that for a couple of months, I don't think it counts. The car I had before that was a 2003 Toyota Corolla hand me down from my wife. We drove the heck out of that thing, put 180,000+ miles on it. The only problem it had was a bad fuel pump at about 150,000 miles. I love driving my Camaro and wouldn't trade it for anything but I do kind of miss getting 40mph and using 87 octane gas.

She’s a beauty. RPM does the work on my Camaro. Great shop.

I didn't trade anything or sell anything when I got my 2017 2SS. The Camaro is for the warm, sunny days. My 2014 Durango R/T is for carting around the family and fishing. The 2013 Dodge Dart Turbo is for the commute to work when the weather isn't nice enough to pull out the Camaro.
