Exclamation ZL1 fuel Pump @ 100% DC on E85 with Heads Cam and Exhaust

Posting this for those who want to do E85 on a heads, cam, converter and exhaust car...

By 5,9XX rpm's it's @ 100 DC... Log shows 80% alky.



I didn't expect to do heads, cam exhaust and max out the ZL1 pump right from the start.

I'm going to run it this way since my wideband shows I'm still good on my WOT AFR.

Get a bap. I made 640whp on 850cc, zl1 pump and msd bap on full e85 , did flex fuel on e50 we were able to stretch it to 690whp. No problems for over a year until I did a squash fuel system

Yes not good to run something at full duty cycle like forever ;and replacing it or boosting it what you should do..... but yup stuff take $$$...and I am sure you know that.

That won't burn up the pump?

Quite a bit of Knock retard there...
A modified FPCM would bring that fuel pressure up from 43.5 to 58.
