So I recently got a stage 2 rebuild with Tick performance for my TR6060 because I moneyshifted which blew my tranny. Car had no shuddering issues going into tranny replacement project, and sat on car jack's for 45 days. Put the tranny back in, and when I started it up it would only drive in first gear not shifting into other gears. It allowed me to go into any gear with the car off, so I started in each gear to unfreeze it which worked, but I shouldn't of had to do. Anyways I have plenty of power with no problems punching it hard in first and second gear, but once I punch it hard In 3rd gear & above, my car violently shudders(feels like wheels almost bouncing) as well as feels like its slipping in the rear. I have 60 percent tread in the rear. I got a new driveshaft made and installed by powertrain industries drive shaft pro in Garden Grove California. It still didn't fix the problem. I tried to see if it would slip/shudder in 6th gear at 900 rpm going 45mph when punching it hard, and it did that too. Any ideas of what it too look for next? Car also feels like its riding rougher than usual at higher speeds around 80-90mph.

Also forgot to mention I looked at my Mcleod RST twin disk clutch I put back in, and had about 50k miles left on the clutch as well as slipmarks from when I drove it around after tranny break with only 1st, 3rd, 5th, and 6th gear. I know it needs to be replaced soon. I also did a visual under each wheel to look for anything unusual and didnt see or feel anything loose. My clutch feels fine when driving it, and like I said I can beat my car to shit in 1st, and 2nd gear, but 3rd and above I get the issue. My car drives just fine if I drive it around normal. I can go 1st-6th with no problems.
