I voted Zl1. Great looking car with suspension and power. And supercharged.

IMO they should have one long thread like the one what did you do to your car today for I'm thinking about getting a Corvette or Mustang or ZL1 or 6th or mod my car. There is that section "vs" but there are a few threads every week same old stuff.
The OP never states in the first post what aspects are most important to base the decision on. It is almost like trolling. If I were a mod I'd merge them all into one thread. |

Why's that? All 3 cars should accomplish those 3 things I'm looking for. It's just which one accomplish them best vs the ones that add other pros to the equation. The Vette adds the best looks imo and also a targa top. The ZL1 adds a ton of power. Why is the 1LE the obvious choice?

Except he already drove a new SS
Also I’d factor in the huge depreciation hit you’ll eat on a 2018

I did read he drove a 1Le but its still the better of the 3 , i wouldn't spend the money on the ZL1 or Grand Sport, i just don't think they are worth it .I would take a Gen 5 1LE over those two. I guess people just get different things out of cars when they drive them .

Why not a 5th gen 1LE?

He should of taken the deal on the 1LE, it was good. They offered him $20k for his 2010 trade. That would of been a good down payment, only leaving around $25k to finance on a new 2018 with full warranty. He would of also not paid sales tax on the money from the trade in saving himself another $1200. Financed over 5 years @ 1.99 would of had a monthly of only around $350 for a new 1LE. The way I look at it the 2010 is money already spent, so dump the car and move on. Drive a new car for $25k, and one that will out perform the others on the list hands down and that's what you buy theses cars for.

I have a 13 GS MZ6 convertible and the wife has a 15 2SS RS convertible. They are both great cars but there is no comparison between the two. It's the GS hands down. I bought mine new in 2013 and have 43,000 miles on it now. I can't keep my a** out of the seat.
