I might have to buy two different ones though so I can have polished metal piping instead of the plastic on the ADM intake. Oooops I just gave away which one I was leaning towards, lol.

ADM, do you have any plans to make the piping in metal to add a little bling?
I have the race version installed, but started with the street version... anyway, that's powder coated billet I believe, at least it's metal that's painted black... it sure ain't plastic though!

That's good to know as it would be easy to have them powder coated silver/chrome etc.

I'd be interested in if a kit has a branded filter or a generic offshore filter. If your are giving up filtration for flow that should be a part of the purchase decision. I've bought kits and then had to turn around and buy another 40-50 dollar filter because the one in the kit was sub-standard construction.

Wow..I hadn't even thought of that one...

Looking for volunteers to help with testing

I am Looking for volunteers to help with testing, or recording the data as we collect it.

Probably 2-3 people

Someone with exerience with Excell would be helpful, to build a spread sheet.

Someone who is good with a video camera.

Someone who is good with Editing video.

Ted.

This will be inline with the results it makes on Ted's dyno real soon.

Thanks for the information. Very impressive.

Attachment 61810Thanks Ted for your hard work wish i could help i love working on these cars but im too far away in louisiana, i have had the G5CR CAI for a while they were one of the first CAI's for 5th gens but im sure it probably came from the ford camp, modular mustang was selling them but after the CAI shootout i may change mine unless they submit a unit and it does good but unlikely IMO, patiently waiting keep up the good work.

I'm good with excell but nowhere near your area... Sorry, I'd love to help if I could.

Still keeping an eye on this thread.

So completely not suprised. Now do the same test blowing dusty air on the car and wipe your finger inside the intake after.

K&N is very overhyped, IMO
