You can probably have an LS7 built by Texas Speed or Scoggin Dickey cheaper than a new LS7, plus it would have forged pistons. Ideally if you can find a used LS7 rotating assembly minus the crap pistons you can use the Ti Rods and the GM crank and build yourself a 427 using one of Katechs sleeved LS2 blocks, then get a set of either used or new LS7 heads.

This is the best price I have seen. It's less than $100 over dealer cost which is $13565.00 If you were in the area I would offer to match that offer but your a little far and like others have said you can make more power for less. Hope that helps. |

Look at www.gmpartsclub.com I compared them to newgmparts and they look to be several hundred dollars cheapear.
