My tuner had me pull the computer to load a startup tune to be able to drive the car to him.
CAI told me that the ZL1 tube wouldn't work with their standard intake. I modified mine with a 4 inch x 60 degree silicone elbow. |

. Man FI is getting like What CAI/Catch Can/Headers Threads are/used to be. A number of good choices out there. It is just what do you really want to do with it and your Budget. Glad you narrowed down a choice OP. Best Wishes.

I’ve had 5 Camaros and a T/A but never enough $$ to afford a S/C for any of them so needless to say, I’m pretty excited to join “the club”. Do you guys know if any of the vendors on here have any good Black Friday discounts? Not sure if I should pull the trigger now or wait til the end of the month

I've always called Steve at RDP he's always gave me a great deal over the phone or email. He almost always has a discount going on. |

Unfortunately he doesn't offer an LSA conversion kit. So far I've only found them at Juiced and ADM, as far as C5 vendors go anyway. Plus a couple other non-C5 vendors who shall remain nameless. They all have really good prices so I don't think I can go wrong with any of them. I just don't want to plunk down the money now and find a better deal a few weeks from now, which always seems to happen to me. I think I may just hold off for Black Friday, no sense rushing since I'll have all winter to do it anyway.

FWIW The JLT CAI for ZL1 is very affordable and good quality.

I was between the ProCharger and Heartbeat. I drove a 5th Gen with the PC and was underwhelmed vs my expectations. I'm happy with the choice I made.
