Guys, you've seen the black Camaro at the Aussie launch, there is a photo to the attached link that shows the hood up and the engine exposed.

Does anyone resent that the V8 gets a cheezy flimsy looking engine cover whilst the V6 gets one that looks like it belongs on a top-of-the-line Luxury car?

wow I hope whoever buys this version gets a new engine cover and dress up kit ASAP.

Is that the L99 or LS3? Engine covers might be different for each.

I'm pretty sure that black SS isn't completely finished. It's missing some trim bits and badging, and the rear still appears to be the one from the prototype (the rear lamps appear to still be the placeholders, and I think that lower fascia cover isn't on). I'm sure there's still a bit left to be done to get the SS up to speed.

Thats the AU mule with the amber lights. That isn't the final engine cover.

My thoughts too, also why couldnt thy do a air intake set up like the -92 camaros were the Fake scoop goes at least on the -92's you could cut it out and make a some what of a ram air. My wishes of the scoop being real was a real diss. when they said it was fake to me thats like putting on a ricer wing what good comes from it (please remove or make it functional)
