VVT oops.
So I had a little mishap, and forgot to lock the spring when tearing down my vvt cam phaser. I know that was stupid, and out of all things to screw up on it had to be this part. So my question is, can I put this thing back together? Do I need to buy a new one, and where would I do that? I am kicking my self in the ass here. Any ideas on what to do next would be much appreciated.
P.s. the whole thing had come apart. |

New phaser is needed, no 2 ways about it.
When I upgraded mine, GPI was adamant if the phaser spring came loose, buy a new one. -Don

Dealer, yep. About $150. JDP (who is also in Utah) May also have a line on them...
