Cat over temp protection thoughts with no cats

With a ZL1 Headers, no cats, NPP exhaust, whats the thought on COT in the tune?

Are tuners using it as a fail safe enrichment device or should it be off once you remove cats?

Off. No need to dump a bunch of extra fuel to cool cats that aren't there.

Thanks for the info, that's what I thought, just wanted to see if pro tuners were using it on the lsa as a failsafe at the top end or in high temp situations
