You get all the best stuff and it just seems to keep rolling in. Very envious

Didn't you go with the Dragonslayer crank?

Thank you brotha! My wife isn’t so envious but that’s alright. Lol.

Yes I went with the dragon slayer crank and upgraded to their Ultra I beam rods instead of the ultra H beams.

You planning on building yours at some point?

Haha nice. My plan is to get the motor and driveline as strong as possible before putting in a Whipple. I want everything from the motor back to be solid first, then forge the bottom end and work up to the top. The goal is 8s in the quarter.

Smart plan... I wish I could make an 8 second pass! Rowing gears even at 950-1000rwhp I’m lucky to see the 9’s

Well, whatever you end up putting down, yours seems to be turning into the dream build. What else is supposed to be on its way for delivery?

It’s been a long time coming.. Been working on the build for a few years now. Yours looks pretty darn solid yourself! I have to pickup my heads at will call once ready and I am still waiting on the following
-LSA conversion/8 rib
-Injectors
-Throttle body
-Rods
-lifters
-Afco Racing radiator (This piece is taking the longest)

Mine is good for what it is, more of a beginning to things, with a handful of select mods that support each other, rather than a monster build with all the fixins. Just a work in progress. I actually had never given any thought to an aftermarket radiator.

Builds don’t happen over night... unless your floating in the $$$.. The aftermarket radiator is just an addition to further support my other cooling modifications. I hadn’t put much thought into it until I decided to go all out on the build.

Both sets of oils arrived. Decided to make the switch from Amsoil. Hopefully this stuff is as good as everyone says it is!

Glad to hear you are using it and approve of it Don. I know you do your research well before using a product. Which version are you running?

Thanks brother! It’s coming together. I actually got it from summit racing. And surprisingly they delivered it on Christmas Eve! Pretty darn solid customer service.
