Well some discouraging news for me today.. I swear I feel so depressed and its only a car... I had the typical Monday from hell then in the afternoon found out this..

I have been wondering why my car still shows the same status since last week. Come to find out its probably either not finished with the striping or it is just waiting to be loaded on a the rail. Either way my hopes and dreams of getting her by the 20th are now over. If I am lucky my car will be put on the rail anytime this week then the normal shipping process will move forward. So now my ETA is more then likely that very end of the month or first week of November. Man I really wanted to get some drive time in on my car before winter but that is slowly starting to be unrealistic. Im tring to stay postive but its pretty hard. Anyway I am hoping to still be able to make the photo thing next month we will see...

You can cry on our collective shoulders anytime Gem. This reminds me of a few of the folks that I used to hang around with on the tracking thread. For some reason every once in a while, one or two cars take longer than everyone else's. You used almost the identical wording in your first sentence above that I've seen so many other times. I wish I had something I could do to help. The best I can do is offer my support. And you've got it for sure.

Well everyone today is a new day and I will think happy thoughts for the rest of the week. Work will be busy and I will keep busy from wanting to check the tracking site. THat will be a hard one lol.

I don't know if anyone on the tracking thread has mentioned this to you Gem, but I think the reason your car seems to be just sitting and waiting is that they have to have enough cars headed this same direction to fill a rail car before they will load any of them. This saves them big bucks, which in turn saves you and me big bucks on the price of the car. But, it's frustrating as all get out. I'll add my good Camaro vibes for ya....
