I live on the 3rd steepest hill in pittsburgh (22º slope! over only 350 feet!) and I get up it all the time! My wifes honda has failed! LOLZ!
My order from Tirerack - 20" Bridgestone Blizzaks were $260 each, rims $89 each, TPMS another $61 each - my total was around $1,500 delivered straight to my Dealer who will store my RS Rims/Pirelli's till next spring.

There are 18" Blizzak's for around $160 each...

18" winter tires for SS???

Hey Sloppy Joe

Did you ever get an answer concerning this? There are many people that have great ideas for LT's, but I have not yet received a definitive answer about 18" rims fitting the SS. Tirerack did come up with an 18" tire/rim combo for about $1,500 total, and the guy said it will work. Does anybody know if this is true, and if so, is it better to go with 18" or stick with original size (245's and 275's)?

I believe a narrow tire is better in the snow.
