I just installed some Texas speed 2" headers on my auto. I have the old exhaust off of my LS3 that doesn`t have the restrictions of the auto. Would it be okay to use them for now.

Its fine, I believe the only difference was for noise reduction when AFM kicked in. If it was unrestricted you would hear a "farting" noise when the cylinders activate. If you have AFM deactivated then there is no issue, I believe.

Yup LS3 exhaust just doesn't have the huge resonator the L99 has but should bolt right up.

Might still be to tame for most but it'll fit no problem. If you decide you want to upgrade we'd be glad to help out.

Off topic but what kind of wheels are those and what size are you running?

Fits fine. May drone without the center muffler L99 has.
