Help me solve my misfire issue

Hey guys,
I recently relocated my coils and made longer spark plug wires to reach the new location. The wires I made worked fine and didn’t misfire. I then ordered some much nicer wires and after installing those, the car began misfiring. I tested the resistance on the new wires and they’re all about 30 ohms of resistance per foot. After this I went back to the old wires that I had made and the car is still misfiring leading me to believe the issue is not the wires. I didn’t change anything else besides the wires between the time that the car ran fine and when it began misfiring. I’ll double check that all harnesses are connected but is there anything obvious I’m missing? What else should I check for? How would you guys go about diagnosing this?

I wouldn’t think that to be the case because I haven’t messed with any of them, and the car ran fine, I changed the wires, now the car misfires regardless of the wires on it. I’m kind of leaning towards a harness not getting a great connection. My HP tuners VCM scanner isn’t reading misfires either so I don’t know what cylinder(s) it’s misfiring on. I guess I could pull each spark plug and double check just to be safe

If the scanner isn't reading misfires, how do know it's misfiring and not another issue like a bad o2 sensor? If you turned off misfires in HpTuners for some reason, turn it back on and find what cylinder has the problem.

Maybe you took something off after the MAF and don't have it sealed well and the car is dumping fuel thinking it's lean. What are your o2 sensors reading? My brother hooked his exhaust on a bump previously and pulled the exhaust apart enough to let air in at the o2 and man did it run bad. Misfire central it felt like with no misfire codes.

So I put the new wires back on and it’s not misfiring. I swear sometimes this car has a mind of its own
