Huron Speed single turbo-turbo choices
So i got in on the group buy for the single turbo kit last month. I think i decided on what turbo to go with. At first i was looking at the VSracing billet 7875 cause it cheap at $555 bux but now i think i'm going to go with the Boost lab 7875 billet for $849.00. My goal is 600-650 rwhp thru an auto. With the turbo, a Pat G turbo cam and ported heads. I think the VSracing turbo would work but the Boost lab looks like it has more room to grow and its at least assembled in the US from what they say. The Boost lab is rated at 1150 hp and i think the VSracing is 800 hp. Thoughts?

I can't really comment on either turbo much, but I would go with the best quality turbo you can afford that will leave you some room to grow.

I'm still undecided as well. Leaning towards the 7675cea. I'd like to come in at 800whp

Decisions decisions!! Even the PT7675 with a cast wheel is $999 and its rated at 1150 hp. Its slightly bigger dimension wise. The PT's have a H-cover with a 4" inlet and 3" outlet compared to 4 and 3 on the Boost labs.

IKS what kind of fueling are you using? Gonna be hard to hit 800 at the wheels without more fuel. When I had the Huron single kit, I made 632 on a Mustang dyno with stock fuel pump and 1000cc injectors. I had the comp 75mm bearing race turbo. It had lots more room but to be honest the downpipe is the
Limiting factor after fuel.

My goal thru my auto is 600-650 rwhp on 91 with maybe a
Meth kit later. I will be using a ZL1 pump and BAP and 80lb injectors.

I'd buy the vs racing 7875 billet. people have been 9s with them and will easily support your goals

Check on3 if you don’t see anything you have there. Post pics when you get your kit. I was unable to get in. So very curious to see other people’s builds and how they specd them out.
