BMR Subframe Bushings Not Flush

Had a friend at a local performance shop install some rear end parts for me—
BMR
Trailing arms, adjustable toe rods, lca’s, trailing arm bushings kit, and rear cradle bushings kit.

Followed by a custom alignment everything feels great. Hooks way better on street tires and dead hooks on my 305/45/17’s on the street. Still haven’t been back to the track.

As I was putting on my 17’s for the weekend I noticed the rear subframe bushings were not flush. Jacked up in the air they even look really askew. Reached out to BMR technical support via email but haven’t gotten anything back.
First two photos are passenger side than driver side rear bushings while parked normally. Third photo is passenger side if jacked up to put on 17’s.

I believe the BMR instructions say 130 ft/lb for the subframe bolts but Pegasus said 165 ft/lb. I did 165 on mine and my subframe hasn't fallen off yet.

Looks like the subframe hit something in that bottom picture

It looks like those bushings were not installed correctly to begin with. If those bushings were fully seated to begin with, then the bolts certainly weren't torqued to specs. What is the bent piece of metal that looks like it was hit by the sub frame?

I would agree. Installer is at fault for this
