TBody codes P0123, 223 and 2135

Started going into limp mode couple weeks ago after ironically adding some old fuel additive and adding two new air filters.
So over a couple weeks it has been going RPM every time I start the car if it's cold.(not run) then clear the codes a couple times and it would drive fine for that day. It started sputtering a little and I thought it was the old Torco? But the RPM increased to this past week not being able to even drive the car.

With the codes it kept popping I put on my oem Tbody with no luck. Even put on new Tbody connector. Then I purchased a gas pedal assembly with no luck. Removed battery overnight and retuned with no luck.

The only thing I'm thinking of is maybe something is wrong with my Ecu?

Any ideas? Thanks
