i gotta drill mine got my aftermarket spoiler today so when the car gets here will have to drill to put the spoiler on.

Ok......I just have to say......I will NOT be contacting my dealer/salesperson again!!! I don't even intend to speak to him until my car is here at which time I will go do the paperwork and pick it up, and NEVER return!!! Called him to ask a question about a camaro they just got in (mind you I have called him once prior in 4 wks. since ordering my car, so it's not like I am calling him daily or anything). He cut me real short, said mine "is coming", and he had to go. I wasn't even asking about my car! If I had my preference, I wouldn't even do business with them at this point!!! I would jump ship and go find one at another dealer. Oh well......just pi**ed off with his attitude! I can see why people lose their enthusiasm and buy other vehicles.

Sorry for your bad experience. We don't have the best relationship with our dealer either, especially after he told us we were at 4200 awhile back... Hopefully our cars will turn out great and we won't be dealing with the salesman after the transaction, and can just work with the service manager in the future.

I know how you feel cuz I had the same thing happen to me yesterday... I sent an email to my salesman to ask for an update on my order(It been awhile since I've done that), and he called me and said Hi this is ____________ _________ from classic chevy and your order is at 3300 with a tpw of 10/26/09 and I was like ok thank you and wanted to ask him another question and he didnt even wait to hear it...just hung up...I was like what a B****.Im a customer not a telemarketer I think its just my salesman thats like that cuz everyone else seems to love their sales associates at Classic. One more thing he doesnt know anything...It seemed I knew more about what's going on then he did when I went to place my order...

What's bad is they are right next door to us and we know pretty much everyone there, but I can promise them they won't hear another word out of me. Matter of fact, hubby can just go do the paperwork and deal with them. I will keep up with what's going on here because they don't care and have no clue anyway. He just caught me in the wrong mood for his attitude today. That's ok....what goes around comes around!!!

Karma is a good thing. We know which salesman you won't be recommending to your friends. Viz is great, but I wish GM would get the hint that their dealers don't like having to update people so many times...and just put in an automated system for the public. It would just be easier, and the dealers could just be bothered by the customers without internet service.

Better yet get rid of the salesmen that aren't interested and replace them with automated kiosk. Instead of payin a commission to a bad salesperson, you get that amount off your price!

There are a lot of bad sales people out there in the car world. We couldn't even get them to call us back on the phone when we called and told them we were interested and knew exactly what we wanted and were ready to order...

Steve went into one dealership and there were 3-4 salesmen standing around and they wouldn't acknowledge him....at that time he had a few questions about the cars and was hoping to get a brochure. He just walked out of that one.

Another, owner of dealership, was pushing us very hard to take a used corvette....instead of ordering a Camaro. That was the one who wanted market price....not to exceed $5000 over MSRP

WOW....that quiet little southern belle gets feisty don't she when it comes to her Camaro......but seriously I don't blame you a bit...this is a lot of money to spend on a veihicle and you would think a company in the financial trouble that GM is would be bending over backeards to make SURE their sales people were people friendly and accomidating to their customers and show appreciation for our faith and trust in them as we all struggle in this poor economy because our hard earned money is what keeps them afloat...
