I have one about ready to be installed, so...
-what regulator is included? Boost referenced? It looks like the F1i Fuel Pressure Regulator, boost reference -is included line PTFE? No, but it's E85 compatible and black nylon braided -doe it include Y to feed into and return from dual rails? No. It's setup to have a single feed and you to use your rail crossover (presumed). -I see it says "sealed relays included". Is that the fore controller or just a relay harness? Relay harness Just want to know if I'll need additional parts. It's a good general kit but if you're wanting anything above then you'll have to add a few pieces here and there. I am running a parallel feed into the front rails then back to single after the rear of the rails (extra parts obtained to do this). Also, good idea to add a filter after pumps.

At what power level do air filters become a restriction?

And you still havent mentioned what filters, whether there are space limitations etc.
Fit big filters and you'll have no concerns in any respect. They'll flow, filter and last a long time. |

There are definitely space limitations. This is a bottom mount kit. I don't have any filters at this point. Not sure if I'm going to run a filter or turbo guards

If it is the filters AGP use then they are K & N RU 5111.

Turbo guards dont filter or flow...so that would be the last option really. Greddy make some filters that have no doubt already been mentioned. I havent really seen any significant restriction with them...but they really dont filter very well. I recently tried a pair of these 4.5" tall units, http://www.burgertuning.com/single_t...er_by_BMS.html I only have some brief data/testing at around 15psi or so, and again not measuring any significant restriction within the filter itself, only around 60-70mbar less than atmospheric at high load/rpm. Which I was surprised at. Had some other issues so have things apart again so cant test them any further. The Greddy's would have seen similar numbers. |

Bottom mount, 65's, not much room. Hard enough to get these little bastards to fit.

I was running the 5111s with 6565 turbos. They lived a hard life as they appeared to have been sucked in on themselves. I should have rigged up a camera to watch them under boost.

Although it's easy to rig up a small pipe to a suitable map sensor and monitor pressure inside the filter. |
