ZL1 front bumper lower grille

Does anyone else with a ZL1 front bumper conversion have issues with the lower grille constantly popping out? This is my second ZL1 front bumper (first got destroyed by a tow truck) and the lower grille is constantly popping out. Debating on bolting or glueing it to the bumper somehow, maybe some 3M double sided.
