"I did not have sexual relations with that woman." Ooops, that turned out to be an "inoperative statement." Personally, I WANT to have relations with an 800HP car. Intimate ones. Sloppy seconds, well, not so much.

Too true, I'm afraid

Aftermarket parts you have will increase value but not significantly. I agree. 22-23k be happy. Consider yourself lucky if you find a sucker for 28+

All those performance mods decrease the value of this car imo. I would buy a perfectly
stock 5th gen over this one. I'm sure the owner was inclined to run his Camaro hard
every time he took it out. No disrespect and again just opinion of a early '10 2SS owner
with only a few cosmetic mods.

If you have original parts, take off aftermarket and go back stock. Then sell aftermarket by themselves and will probably hit the 25-26k amount. I’m sure theres a market for a used S/C

There is a place in my area called Texas Hot Rides. They sell modded camaros all the time. When I was looking for mine, they had a ridiculous build that was custom painted Black on top silver on the bottom with a super clean Punisher theme. It had a 416 stroker, either a Maggie or a Whipple (can't remember), cammed and full bolt on, with Z28 carbon fiber brakes, and full suspension upgrades and about 30k miles on it. They had it listed for just under $30K and it didn't last long. They don't seem to keep a sold inventory on their website since they do a ton of volume, but I'll see if I can pull up the listing. All that said I think your close on your listing price. I think you should get in your mind though that it might end up going for $24k-$25K depending on how long you want to find that right person.

Awesome build by the way... absolutely love it!

oh and Texas Hot Rides buys custom modded cars like yours all the time as well. It might be worth reaching out to them to see what they would give you for it... of course you'll have to ship it but they do long distance deals all the time too!

I appreciate the info. I don't have a price in my head, other than what I wouldn't take for it. I was just trying to get a feel for what I should reasonably ask for it if I decide to let it go.

Thanks again,
Scott

I absolutely would not hesitate to buy this or any modded car. Best money spent is other people’s money.

I’d say $25K but don’t sell if you don’t have too.

YOU FOUND A BUYER! Until you're sweeping up the broken parts off the left lane at the track. Then it becomes your money. But nothing ventured, nothing gained. Mama never put a dollar figure on that statement though. Now she's gone. Like a scattered LS motor?

I'm guessing it would cost me $15K min to mod my car like Bat's...and I'd still have a L99

The most important aspect for selling this type of car is to find the correct publication for advertising. Your local dealer or Craigslist is NOT the correct way to go. You need to advertise in a sports car/muscle car specialty magazine. That audience will appreciate your car and mods. And, of course, always suggest that the potential buyer take the car to his/her mechanic. You suggesting it means you are honest and have nothing to hide. Plus, you can state after the sale should something go wrong that it was checked out by the buyer's mechanic, and found to be good at the time of sale.

As others have said, a modded car is a hard sell. A heavily modded car is an even harder sell. With that being said, it is only worth what someone is willing to give you for it. The majority of people see a modded car and believe that it has been beaten on.

Last year, I got $23.5k for my SS on trade (16k miles). Cammed, exhaust, suspension, etc., etc., etc..

GLWS!
