OK here is the news....

I will pretty much be the contact guy for you here on Camaro5 as far as STS kist go. "STS Guy" will not be on here any longer.

That being said...
STS has told me the car is up and running on the dyno right now, they are tweaking some things, and expect to have new pictures of a completed kit as well as numbers in the next week. I will have them posted here first!!!

Also I am going to get the exclusive offer extended due to the delay in dyno numbers.

I told STS that to turn some heads and sell soem products they needed to beat out competitors whom are making 525RWHP on a bone stcok car at 6psi. I was told that should happen easily, and that we should see an INCREASE in MPGs!!!

I like the STS stuff so put me down for one. I may track my car and I don't want all that heat soak with a supercharger..... Besides all my vintage and current race cars have turbo or turbos at the back and I have had no problems

The STS system is out driving on the road!!!

They have now done some preliminary dyno work, and road tested the kit at a lower psi setting than normal. They expect to be back on the dyno with the new psi setting late today or early next week!!!

Here it is!!!

I just got some numbers from the guys at STS.

This is base line numbers, and was done with a conservative tune on 91 octane fuel.

Running 7psi on an otherwise stock Camaro SS:
541 RWHP and 557 RWTQ
That is up 195 RWHP and 227 RWTQ over their baseline dyno runs!!

This car is making full boost at 3k RPM and drives awesome (straight from STS).

Pics and Vids to come soon!!! If you want to get an order in please let me know...I am now the contact guy for STS here on Camaro5

These numbers are with the base turbos for the Camaro kit. For those whom may be interested in upgrading turbos, or having a "tuner" kit for higher compression, there will be a kit with upgraded bearings and larger compressor housing which will up the output and boost levels possible.

Actually sts has been around almost as long or longer then any other turbo company. They have discovered more power at the rear because as you know the rear of the car sucks down when you punch it, which catches more air.

Alot of people wondered how the rear mounted turbos were going to work when kits were first released years ago. I believe they started with truck kits way back and now they produce them for many different vehicles. The results have been very good and they have won a many awards.

The STS setup is the most efficient turbo setup out there. They are averaging 30 to 34 hp per lb of boost. We are installing the setup on my car next week for SEMA in two weeks. We are running upgraded H-trim, ball bearing turbos running 8.7lbs. With a more aggressive tune at a lower altitude, dyno results are expected to be between 618 and 640RWHP. The dyno results on the protoype black SS will improve in the next few months as the car gets broken in. It only had a little over 200 miles on it.
