Clutch upgrade?
Just wondering a couple of different things. One, I recently made quite a few mods to my Camaro and I should be pushing close to 500whp. I want to track her a bit (road course) but I do still driver her on the road too, what would be the best clutch to throw in her if my stock one decides to take a dump on me?

you're going to get mixed answers but i'll toss in my .02 cents: i'm running a McLeod twin disk RST clutch and love it.

I am installing a D1x procharger and upgraded my clutch to a Monster LT1 Twin Disk clutch so I think it should hold what I am going to throw at it.

Whatever you do make sure you put in a new slave with the billet bearing support.
I just had my trans in and out due to a failed slave. Only took 4 hrs start to finish though. At 500rwhp the stock clutch will hold up pretty good. The stock slave may not.
