Rear/front cover alignment tool??
Anyone in the SFV or Santa Clarita area have the tools I can Barrow this weekend?
Or if someone knows a trick to doing it without the tool let me know! |

I've built about a dozen motors without the tool and I'm not sure if it's luck or I'm doing a great job but no leaks thankfully!
I usually snug the bottom that connects the covers to the pan about 12-15 lbs then go around in the proper torque sequence. Don't forget to make sure everything is clean the sealant in the corners/along the oil pan. Seeing how cheap the tools are now I should prob buy one
