245/50/20 on Front
Would 245/50/20 fit on the front of an SS with stock wheels?
they are 0.96 inches larger in diameter, which is only 0.48 inches larger from center, is there enough clearance for that? |

If I did go with this it would for a winter setup, I don't want to go with a "performance" winter tire like the blizzak lm-60, not to mention the DM-V1(I am aware it is a light truck/suv tire) is less expensive, and I don't mind the extra sidewall/ ground clearance in winter

OH.....well yes it will work.....but it will throw off the speedo a little. fore with that size set-up, when your speed-o is showing 60 mph....you will actually be going 62 mph.....so it won't make that much difference.

I put blizzak 245/50/20 on all four corners and couldn't clear the front strut cup. How are you guys achieving this?

seeing as how this is a 2 year old thread....try sending either of the two people above that have done it and see if they will respond, that is if they are still in the club.
