Not a one. You'll have to do it yourself. I know you don't care about fines, but they sure as hell do. Now, of course, I'm talking about reputable shops. Besides, why not just do it right the first time and throw some long tubes with off road pipes?

I ran 10.03@139 with factory exhaust including the factory cats on stock motor and just my old 2300 Heartbeat Did not replace those till I built my motor and added long tubes. So the factory exhaust is not that bad. So somewhere along the line I probably Gapped some gutless cats at the track.

DIY for no increase in HP, and it will immediately throw a check engine light. Plus no front cats sound like buttox….. on a LT1

I agree completely.

Not to mention that the counties in and around the Houston area require emission testing and inspection for registration renewals.
